Shipping policy

Australian Orders

Please allow 1-3 days for orders to be processed and packaged. We will endeavour to send out your package to you as soon as possible but please be patient with us during busy periods. The majority of packages sent via standard shipping should arrive within 7 working days in metro areas from date of shipping confirmation. Please allow for discrepancies to this timeline if you live regionally or during peak shopping periods.

All art prints are made to order and will take longer to ship ( 7-10 working days), as they need to be printed. This will be communicated to you via the individual product pages as well. Custom art prints will take up to 4 weeks to ship as they are created and printed specifically for the customer.

All original art will take up to 5 days to prepare for shipping, as a lot of care is taken with making sure it is packaged safely before its trip to your home.

All original art and art prints include FREE SHIPPING in Australia.

For all soft goods purchases in Australia, $11 standard flat rate shipping and $13 express flat rate shipping applies.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped at a flat rate of $40.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has shipped. You can use this to keep up to date with the delivery status of your parcel.

Packing Your Order

All art prints are shipped from our fine art printer on the Gold Coast. These are packaged with the utmost care as the paper and print are very delicate.
